Unity and our beginnings…
Our store-y begins with an incredible piece of Visionary Energy Artwork featured below – Unity.
Unity appeared on my Facebook feed one day and it was ‘love at first sight!’ There was no deliberating, no pondering. Neither my mind nor my wallet had their usual say in the matter. My soul heard a whisper, my heart had decided and in that instant I knew Unity was already on it’s way home.
Two weeks later, Unity arrived. I opened the packaging carefully and instantly felt (united with) an energy that I can only describe as how one would feel when reuniting with a long-term friend. I had no idea how this could be, safe to say that the energy of Unity had spoken to my soul from the get-go; one of those magical encounters we sporadically experience and beyond the need for any logic or explanation.
Soul Energy – inner truth
At the time of Unity’s arrival, I was going through a particularly sad and challenging time of grief having just lost Grey – my dog and best friend of 10 years to an inoperable tumor. And as it is said, ‘from pain, comes strength’. Over the days and weeks that followed Unity’s arrival to my home, I became deeply mesmerised by the energy I could feel coming through.
In meditation, I began to have a sense of Grey standing with me, in the form of a white warrior wolf. This Spirit Guide was encouraging me forward, wanting me to have a focus for when it was Grey’s time. A focus that would help me to heal. I found myself painting ‘White Wolf’ and placing him alongside Unity.
Meditations continued with Unity, bringing through more incredible visions and messages. As I sat with Unity, I could feel an immense energy surging through me – what I refer to now as ‘soul energy’. It was a call for me to delve as deeply as possible into my be-ingness. Painful as the reality was (and is) of losing Grey, this energy helped me to focus on how I could keep his Spirit, his joy and his immense contribution to my life, very much alive.
The more time I spent with Unity and connecting to soul energy, the more clear it became that we are all connected to a limitless amount of joy within us. This energy is what is quite natural to us in fact – our true identity – attuning us to our true values, dreams and aspirations; those energies that are present as the seed and source of our happiness. Connecting more frequently to that soul energy within – one of trust and deeper awareness – an exciting idea of a work project started to form effortlessly in my mind.
Soul Energy Designs takes seed…
I was already an acquaintance of Jani, an extremely talented artist and energy healer. Passionate as I am about healing crystals and learning about their energies, I had been following Jani and his work as a designer of Healing Crystals and Shamanic Stone Pendants for quite a while. Knowing this incredibly kind and talented artisan as I do and the love and energy he places into all of his work, I considered how incredible it would be to shine a light on all of his creative works. After all, the energy that fills the room where Unity resides is so powerful and uplifting and I wanted that others could experience that energy too.
The seed was sewn!
I contacted Jani to discuss my ideas with him and, with an excited and grateful heart, I am delighted to say what has blossomed forward from the seed is this beautiful online store – Soul Energy Designs. My hope is to build an online collection of beautiful products that will inspire and nurture mind, body and spirit and inspire the soul energy within each one of us to shine through.

Soul Energy Designs is all about just that – Soul Energy! A powerful, creative energy that we all possess within that, when expressed through our loving creations, shines a light on the truth of who we really are.
Shine a Light
Soul Energy Designs (SED) is proud to shine a light on the works of a small team of creatives, all working lovingly from the heart. It is our mission to continually encourage all creatives to share their works with the world. Though we currently offer a small range of polished crystals (read more about Our Crystals) our aim is to work more with raw and natural crystals and bespoke designs to reflect the beauty of the unique be-ings that we are.
It’s all about the Energy
Another focal point for SED is to delve into the magic of our ‘Energy Body’, chakras, prana…for a deeper understanding as to how we look at and use energy (our energy and energy about us) as effectively as possible to maintain a better sense of well-being. Through blog posts, our newsletter and updates on our store, we can discuss and provide information on how the products offered at Soul Energy Designs can be utilised to help cleanse, protect and amplify our chakras and energy bodies. The more we understand how to nurture and support our energy field, the more capable we are of effectively manifesting a more positive way of be-ing and living with an energy of greater optimism and much more happiness.

We believe that Soul Energy connects us all. Whether you are an artist, writer, poet, dancer; you like to sing, to skate, to storytell or to bake the most delicious and heart-warming meals…we all have our own way to outwardly express our deepest inner passions and the joy within.
