Deep within each one of us lies a constant source of peace. I like to meditate daily as a most immediate and effective way to connect to my inner peace. However, many people often say to me how they struggle to find the time to meditate. I share tips on easy and effective ways to meditate in another post but today I find it’s worth remembering that peace is not something outside of us. Peace is very much present within.
As you read the following, empty your mind of any worries…connect with the words and I hope that you will feel your own inner peace emerge.
Inner Peace is felt instantly as we deeply breathe in fresh, sea air or as we sit quietly in nature, bringing our awareness to a warm gentle breeze that moves across our skin.
Inner Peace arises naturally when we switch off from our electronics and immerse ourselves in the joy of reading a good book, painting colours on canvas or capturing the beauty of nature though the eye of a camera lens.
Inner Peaces flows effortlessly as we relax in front of a warm fire, the dog or the cat curled up on the fireside rug and we feel blessed by the warmth and comfort of our home.
We all have a constant source of peace within…connect with your peace, embrace it and make a promise to share your energy of peace with the world.
Our inner peace is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves and our world.
