Love and passion are the energies that go into sourcing and/or creating all of the products offered on Soul Energy Designs.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, however, please do let us know as soon as you receive your order and let us see how we can help.

We only want that either you or your loved one is happy with your purchase. If you need to return your item, please review the information below that will assist you.

RETURNS

If you need to return an item you must notify Soul Energy Designs by email within 3 days of receiving the order. Your email should include information as to why the product is being returned, along with an attached image of your unopened order or the product/s that you have received.
Returned products must be sent back to Soul Energy Designs as new, in unused condition and must include the original box and/or packaging with all tags and/or certificates included.  The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the orders to Soul Energy Designs – unless this is stated otherwise to the customer during the return process.
Once your returned order has been received back and inspected by Soul Energy Designs, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that depending on your credit card company,or payment method,  it may take additional time after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. This is beyond the control of Soul Energy Designs. Whilst we are happy to assist in following up on refunds where necessary, once Soul Energy Designs have applied the refund from their order system, the credit/refund processing to your account is then wholly dependent upon your bank’s cycle.

NOTE: Soul Energy Designs recommend that you return the order in a padded envelope and send by registered post (with tracking). If the returning order is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Soul Energy Design to replace it.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Soul Energy Designs makes a great effort to package all items as carefully as possible in order to avoid any damage to the item en route to our customers. We have enjoyed great success in both our delivery turnaround and in having no damaged goods received by customers to date.   A success that we are very keen to follow on with and that our wonderful customers can be entirely happy with their experience with Soul Energy Designs.

In the unlikely event, however, that  an item is received that appears damaged, please do notify Soul Energy Designs by email within 3 days from the date of receipt with full details and images of the damaged item.

The item must be returned within 5 days of the notification to Soul Energy Designs with a shipping reference provided to us. Any item that is not notified to us as a ‘shipped return’ within that 5 day time frame, will no longer be accepted as a returned item. When returning damaged items please include the original packaging.  Soul Energy Designs can arrange for either a refund and/or a replacement order if this is more preferable to you. Where a refund is requested for a damaged item, Soul Energy Designs will refund the shipping also under this circumstance.
