Soul Energy Designs is run by a small team of dedicated people who are passionate about the products offered on the online store. We run, what we hope, it a very personalised service and appreciate very much the custom and support from you – our valued customer!

Order Process & Shipping:

• Once your order is placed and processed on our order system – you should receive an order confirmation email. Please check the details of your order on the email and contact us immediately if anything is unclear or you have any questions regarding same.
• Each item is then personally wrapped and shipped by a member of the SED Team and we endeavor to have your order shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
• In almost all cases (unless clearly stated otherwise) the cost of shipping your order is applied as a ‘flat fee’ to your order for you to review before you do a final check-out and pay for your order.
• All orders are shipped using Registered Mail (tracking facility and signature required on delivery).

Payment Processing

Soul Energy Designs use a secure third party payment platform to process your purchases [PayPal] where you must enter your credit card number, billing address, and expiration date to secure payment. PayPal is a worldwide online payments system that uses a secure server. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts all information you input. The security of this procedure is such that Soul Energy Designs are not given access to you credit card information. We are simply instructed by PayPal that a payment has been authorized and/or processed. PayPal are not permitted to use your information for any other purposes than to secure payment for you purchase from us.

Can I still place an order if I don’t have a PayPal Account?

Absolutely yes! You can complete your order using a bank debit or credit card. When you are ready to ‘checkout’, simply press the ‘Proceed to PayPal’ button. This directs you to PayPal for secure payment processing. The screen shot below shows the options available to you.

a) If you do have a PayPal account and wish to use your PayPal balance to complete your order, then sign into your PayPal account and complete your order this way.

b) If you do not have a PayPal account, simply click on the option to “Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card” to pay with your Bank Debit or Credit card.

Delivery Terms:

• Please carefully note that details of the delivery address are carefully filled out at time of Checkout. Soul Energy Designs cannot be held responsible for any delays/returns due to incorrect delivery address details being provided.
• Soul Energy Designs cannot be held responsible for any sudden delivery constraints beyond the control of Soul Energy Designs, such as postal or air strikes. In all cases, Soul Energy Designs will endeavor to assist and inform customers of any potential delays – where possible!
• Items are typically dispatched from Soul Energy Designs HQ in Ireland.  In the case of ‘new stock’ or customised items, it may be the case that the item will ship directly from Jani’s workshop in Finland.  Each customer will be provided with this information at time of shipping.
• Guideline for expected delivery times are as follows:
  • ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN IRELAND/FINLAND: Up to 5 working days.
  • ORDERS  SHIPPED TO EUROPE: Up to 10 working days.
  • ORDERS  SHIPPED TO REST OF WORLD: From 15 to 28 working days (although this is generally shorter between 14 and 21 days).

Soul Energy Designs have, thankfully, great success with the delivery of products and we hope that your order will reach you as quickly as possible. If you are experiencing a delay, please request assistance by email and provide your order number.

Order Currency:

• To assist our international customers outside of the Eurozone, please note that all products listed on the Soul Energy Designs store are quoted in EURO currency.
  If you are purchasing using an account, bank debit or credit card that is linked to any currency other than euro (eg Sterling, US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, etc.,) then the amount that you see on your statement will be the EQUIVALENT to the euro price, deducted in your own currency.
  There is no difference in the price you see on the store versus what is deducted from your account; it is simply that the euro amount from the webstore is deducted from your account in the currency of your account and based on the foreign exchange rates at the time.
  An example: You place an order in the Shopping Cart on our store that amounts to 50.00 Euros and you have a Sterling (GBP) account. The current fx rate at the time of your purchase is 1 Euro to 0.90 pence/GBP.
  The transaction of 50.00 Euros will therefore be deducted from your bank account as approximately 45.00 GBP.
  NB: Please note that foreign exchange rates are subject to change and beyond the control of Soul Energy Designs.
